General Mills, Inc. will select at its discretion two (2) stories that are no more than 250 words submitted between the 15th of each month and the 14th of the subsequent month. Selected stories will be posted on 2Ways2Earn.com. By submitting a story, the submitter hereby affirms that the story is original to him/her and grants to General Mills, Inc. and its affiliates and assignees (“Licensees”) the exclusive right to use, publish and display the story, in whole or in part, for use on 2Ways2Earn.com and/or other websites in perpetuity without any additional consideration or prizing. By submitting a story, the submitter hereby releases the Licensees from any liability, including, without limitation, any claims for libel or invasion of publicity/privacy, by virtue of any use of the story, including, any alteration of such story, whether intentional or otherwise. The submitter agrees that the Licensees are not responsible for any unauthorized use of the story by third parties. The Licensees do not guarantee the posting of any story. The submitter agrees that he/she will not use the story for any other purpose, including, without limitation, posting the story on any online social networks, without General Mills, Inc.’s express written consent in each instance. General Mills, Inc. reserves the right to not select any stories for posting if it determines in its sole discretion there were not sufficient submissions.
